Summit Recruiting Group is recruiting a board-certified or board-eligible Orthopedic Surgeon for a full-time, permanent position with an established and growing health system in Osage Beach, Camden County, Missouri — located in the heart of the Lake of the Ozarks.

This orthopedic surgery opening places you with a health system that serves roughly 90,000 residents within a 25-mile radius and is actively expanding its clinical footprint in the region. The position is a long-term, permanent placement — not a locum or short-term assignment — and comes with a manageable 1:5 call schedule. Osage Beach sits approximately 75 miles from Columbia, MO and 170 miles from St. Louis, MO, offering both a strong patient base and a high quality of life in a thriving lakeside community.

What You'll Do

• Perform a broad range of orthopedic surgical procedures, including joint reconstruction, fracture management, and soft-tissue repair
• Conduct outpatient clinic evaluations, pre-operative assessments, and post-operative follow-up appointments
• Collaborate with hospitalists, anesthesiologists, physical therapists, and ancillary staff to coordinate patient care
• Participate in a 1:5 call rotation shared among the orthopedic team
• Support the health system's ongoing expansion of orthopedic services across the Lake of the Ozarks region

What We're Looking For

• MD or DO with completed orthopedic surgery residency training
• Board certified or board eligible (BC/BE) in Orthopedic Surgery
• Active Missouri medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Demonstrated surgical competency and a commitment to patient-centered outcomes
• Collaborative mindset and comfort working within a multidisciplinary care environment
• Interest in a stable, long-term career with a community-focused health system
