About the Role

This General/Emergency Radiology position is based in Naples, Florida — a coastal community located roughly 45 miles from Fort Myers and 125 miles from Miami. The role follows a balanced 7-on/7-off rotation, with shifts running from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM EST. Radiologists in this role read across a diverse case mix and average approximately 80 RVUs per shift, making it ideal for a productive, detail-driven physician who thrives in a fast-paced reading environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret general and emergency imaging studies accurately and within established turnaround times.
• Read a broad daily case mix, including CT (approximately 45/day), X-ray (approximately 40/day), ultrasound (approximately 15/day), and MR studies.
• Maintain consistent productivity targets of roughly 80 RVUs per shift.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to support timely emergency and general radiology care.
• Uphold quality, accuracy, and compliance standards across all interpretations.

Qualifications

• Qualified physician with training and credentials in General and/or Emergency Radiology.
• Comfort managing a high-volume, varied imaging caseload across multiple modalities.
• Ability to perform reliably within an evening shift schedule (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM EST).
• Commitment to accurate, efficient reporting in a permanent, full-time capacity.
