About the Role

This Physician Hematology position is built entirely around outpatient care, with no inpatient duties and no on-call expectations. You will devote your clinical focus to patients living with benign hematologic conditions, working alongside an experienced and collaborative care team in a setting designed to support balance and depth of practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients presenting with benign hematologic disorders in an outpatient environment.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality care across a practice in which roughly half of the caseload centers on hematology.
• Partner with a group of 5 physicians and 5 advanced practice providers to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to a well-organized, team-based workflow.

Qualifications

• Completed medical training with board certification or eligibility in Hematology.
• Active or attainable medical licensure to practice in South Dakota.
• Clinical experience caring for patients with benign hematologic conditions.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to collaborative, patient-centered practice.
