About the Role
As a Porsche Master Technician at JP Euro in Boca Raton, you'll lead complex diagnostics and repairs on Porsche and other high-performance European and exotic vehicles. This is a full-time, on-site position with a posted pay range of $50–$65 per hour depending on experience, and relocation assistance is available for the right candidate ready to bring their craft to South Florida.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve advanced mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues across the Porsche lineup and other European and exotic models.
- Carry out scheduled maintenance, major repairs, and performance work to factory-level standards.
- Use manufacturer diagnostic equipment and technical documentation to pinpoint faults accurately the first time.
- Road-test vehicles and verify repair quality before returning them to clients.
- Keep clear, accurate service records and communicate findings with the service team.
- Mentor junior technicians and help uphold a standard of precision throughout the shop.
Qualifications
- Proven, seasoned experience servicing Porsche vehicles, ideally at the Master Technician level.
- Strong command of European and exotic automotive diagnostics and repair.
- Proficiency with factory-grade diagnostic tools and current repair procedures.
- A detail-driven, quality-first approach and genuine passion for high-performance cars.
- Ability to work full-time, on-site in Boca Raton; open to relocating with the assistance provided.
