About the Role

As a Project Leadership - Biotech (Clinical Trials) - Dermatology professional at Parexel, you will guide the planning and delivery of complex clinical research studies that move dermatology therapies closer to the patients who need them. Working within the Global Project Leadership organization, your leadership directly shapes the outcomes of the projects, teams, and biotech clients you partner with. This position is based in Atlanta, Fulton County, with a home-based working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction and day-to-day execution of dermatology clinical trial projects from initiation through completion.
• Serve as the primary point of accountability for project performance, timelines, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to keep studies aligned with scope, objectives, and regulatory standards.
• Build trusted relationships with biotech clients and act as a strategic partner throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive successful delivery that ultimately benefits the patients served by Parexel's research.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading clinical trials, ideally within the biotech or dermatology space.
• Strong project leadership skills, including planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and external clients.
• Comfort working independently in a home-based environment while supporting Atlanta-based operations.
