The Opportunity

ENFRA, a 100+ year industry leader in energy infrastructure, is seeking a detail-oriented Project Controls Specialist to join our team in Metairie Terrace. This full-time role offers the chance to impact strategic energy projects while working with cutting-edge solutions in the Energy-as-a-Service sector. You'll be the backbone of project execution, ensuring every timeline, budget, and milestone stays on track as we deliver innovative infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules and timelines using industry-standard tools
• Monitor and report on project costs, variances, and budget performance throughout all project phases
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and metrics for project leadership and stakeholders
• Identify, document, and track project risks and change requests
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and procurement teams to ensure schedule adherence
• Maintain project documentation, contracts, and compliance records
• Support project managers in resource allocation and capacity planning

What You Bring

• 3+ years of project controls, project management, or related experience
• Proficiency with project management and scheduling software (Primavera, MS Project, or equivalent)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Demonstrated experience with budget tracking, forecasting, and cost control
• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a cross-functional team
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, project management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• PMP, DPLP, or similar certification is preferred
