About the Role

What You'll Do
- Design and lead engaging practice sessions focused on skill development and competitive strategy
- Coach teams through regular season matches and tournament competition
- Build training plans tailored to athlete progression and team performance goals

- Communicate regularly with student-athletes and families about program expectations and athlete progress
- Represent Adams Middle School and North Platte Public Schools professionally in the community and at all athletic events
- Maintain facilities, equipment, and program records in compliance with district standards

- Proven coaching experience in volleyball at the middle school or high school level
