What You'll Do
- Supervise and schedule plumbing crews to complete work on time and within quality standards
- Inspect plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance work to ensure code compliance and proper execution
- Mentor and train crew members on techniques, safety protocols, and industry best practices
- Coordinate with other trades and project stakeholders to maintain workflow efficiency
- Document labor, materials, and project metrics accurately
- Enforce workplace safety standards and adherence to local plumbing codes
- Diagnose plumbing issues and direct crews in implementing solutions
- Manage tool and equipment inventory and maintenance
What We're Looking For
- Active journeyman plumber license or equivalent certification
- 5+ years of plumbing experience with supervisory or foreman background
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate trade crews
- Strong command of plumbing codes, blueprints, and industry standards
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented work ethic with a focus on safety
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
