About the Role
As a Documentation Specialist based in Madison, Dane County, you will support an assigned program or project system by producing a range of documentation products. Partnering closely with team members and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), you'll translate complex technical information into polished, dependable resources that meet established quality standards. This is an on-site, full-time opportunity with ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the creation of diverse documentation products that support your assigned program or project system.
- Work alongside teammates to produce required materials, including end-user manuals, technical documents, and graphics.
- Verify that every deliverable conforms to defined styles, formatting conventions, and organizational standards.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to capture and convey technically accurate content.
- Review and refine drafts to ensure clarity, consistency, and completeness across all materials.
Qualifications
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a sharp eye for detail.
- Ability to interpret technical subject matter and present it in accessible, well-structured documentation.
- Comfort collaborating with SMEs and cross-functional team members to gather information.
- Familiarity with documentation styles, standards, and the creation of manuals, technical guides, and supporting graphics.
- Willingness to work on-site in Madison, Dane County, in a full-time capacity.
