Programmeur(euse) FullStack Angular / C# .NET Core – Azure

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential public-sector organization in Quebec that is seeking a FullStack Developer to join their team working on a modern cloud-based application platform. You will play a key role in maintaining and evolving their technical infrastructure.

Your day-to-day work will include:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining FrontEnd components using Angular
• Building and maintaining BackEnd services in C# and.NET Core
• Contributing to microservices evolution, REST API development, and application integrations
• Supporting integration and deployment activities in Azure environments
• Participating in unit testing, integration testing, code reviews, and bug fixes
• Contributing to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Documenting code, technical decisions, and delivered components
• Collaborating with Product Owners, analysts, architects, and fellow developers

What We're Looking For

Required Experience:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in information technology
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Angular development
• Minimum 5 years of C# and.NET Core development
• Minimum 1 year of cloud infrastructure experience
• Recent experience on application platform development or maintenance projects
• Demonstrated significant participation in comparable projects

Technical Skills:

• Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS
• C#,.NET Core, REST APIs, microservices architecture
• Git or equivalent version control
• Unit testing, integration testing, and secure development practices
• CI/CD, DevOps, and Agile collaboration
• Azure API Management, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus
• Azure Application Insights, Azure Key Vault, Azure B2C / MSAL
• Cosmos DB, distributed NoSQL databases, or graph databases
• OpenSearch, Elasticsearch, or comparable distributed search engines
• Infrastructure as Code (Bicep, ARM, or Terraform)
• NgRx Angular

Work Arrangement: This is a long-term engagement, primarily remote/telework with flexible hours.

Location: Canada (Quebec-based)

Language: French proficiency required given the Quebec public-sector context.
