Position Summary
The Programme Manager at sKids in Westmere is a vital role that ensures children's mornings and afternoons are filled with joy and unforgettable experiences. This full-time position involves working 15 hours per week across Monday to Friday afternoon/after-school shifts, running between 2:30pm–6:00pm. Essential availability from 2:30pm is required; however, finish times may vary. The role also includes potential involvement in school holiday programmes.
Core Duties
- Create and maintain a positive, engaging environment for children during after-school hours
- Plan and execute activities that cater to the diverse interests of the children
- Ensure all activities align with sKids' values and objectives
- Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by the organization
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless operations

- A friendly, enthusiastic individual who is passionate about working with children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in childcare or a related field would be advantageous but not mandatory
