About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our team as a Branch Manager at BNT in Whakatane. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving performance, building strong teams, and fostering exceptional customer relationships.

• Own the performance of your branch end-to-end
• Build and lead a high-performing team
• Create an environment that drives customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

• Oversee daily operations of the branch
• Set clear goals for your team and monitor progress towards them
• Provide coaching and support to team members to enhance their performance
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed
