This is a rare opportunity to take the helm of one of New Zealand's premier on-and-off highway operations and play a key role in the continued growth and success of Penske New Zealand. As Branch Manager, you will lead a modern, purpose-built operation that incorporates service, parts, sales, and engineering functions.
Core Duties
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies for growth in the Tauranga market
- Maintain a high level of customer service and employee engagement
- Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize performance metrics
- Recruit, train, and develop a top-performing team to support branch operations
Requirements
- Proven experience in management roles within the automotive industry
- A strong understanding of on-and-off highway operations and services
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- A valid New Zealand driver's license
- Experience with branch management software and systems is advantageous
