Branch Manager

Tennessee Title Loans, Inc seeks a full-time Branch Manager inTennessee (statewide) ready to own complete branch success across revenue activities, recovery efforts, and staff growth. This position directs a compact group through daily priorities in a structured setting to hit targets consistently.

The Opportunity

Step into a leadership post where you power day-to-day actions, mentor colleagues, require accountability from peers, and manage payment-related dialogues with clients when necessary. The schedule covers a 40-hour week Monday through Saturday with branch times of Monday to Friday 10am–6pm and Saturday 9am–1pm, plus every Sunday free. Pay ranges from $15.95 to $16.70 per hour plus monthly bonus potential. You will keep operations organized, address issues promptly, coach for stronger output, follow up reliably, and take full ownership to drive better outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Direct overall location results spanning sales efforts, recovery work, and development of team members
• Guide a small staff group while powering daily priorities and locking in regular achievement of goals
• Mentor colleagues to raise their effectiveness and require them to meet clear standards through consistent follow-through
• Tackle performance gaps or other concerns head-on without delay
• Handle straightforward client talks about payments when the situation calls for it
• Sustain clear structure and organization throughout each day’s workflows
• Assume total ownership of outcomes and actively push continuous improvement
• Balance several competing tasks effectively inside a lively, metric-focused workplace

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to fulfill the published schedule that includes Saturdays
• Valid driver’s license plus reliable personal transportation
• Successful passage of pre-employment screening
• Comfort guiding a team while remaining fully answerable for its results
• Practice setting plain expectations for coworkers and speaking directly when performance needs correction
• Ease conducting frank conversations with customers on payment topics
