About the Role

No two days are the same at sKids! As a Programme or Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the quality of our childcare services. The role involves working closely with children aged 5-13 years old in a dynamic environment that requires creativity, flexibility, and strong interpersonal skills.

Your Responsibilities

• Overseeing before school care from 7:00am – 8:30am
• Managing after school care from 2:30pm – 6:00pm (availability from 2:30pm is essential)
• Developing and implementing engaging activities for children
• Maintaining a safe, nurturing environment for all children
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in childcare or related field
• A strong passion for working with children aged 5-13 years old
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience in programme development and implementation is an asset

Working at sKids

We offer a rewarding environment where your contributions are valued. Our full-time position for Programme Manager is 22.5 hours per week, while Assistant Programme Managers can work between 10 to 22.5 hours per week. The role involves working Monday to Friday with the specified working hours.
