What This Role Involves
sKids is recruiting for Programme and Assistant Managers at our sites in Kumeu. The roles involve overseeing Before School Care (7:00am – 8:30am) and After School Care (2:30pm – 6:00pm, availability from 2:…).
- Programme Manager at Waimauku primary school - minimum 15 hours per week
- Multisite Assistant Programme Manager covering Waimauku, Taupaki & Matua Ngaru - minimum 6 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Overseeing Before and After School Care operations at the specified sites
- Supporting children's development through structured activities and programs
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in care
- Collaborating with teachers and other staff members to enhance learning experiences
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting as required
Who We're Looking For
- Experienced in childcare or related field
- A strong passion for working with children aged 5-13 years old
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
