About the Role
To lead and deliver integrated facilities management (IFM) services across a portfolio of eldercare facilities (Nursing Homes and Day Care Centres), ensuring safe, compliant, reliable and cost-effective operations. The role will support the organization's transition from traditional facilities management to a cluster-based IFM operating model, integrating hard and soft services, vendor performance.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of integrated facilities management services across multiple eldercare facilities
- Ensure safe, compliant, reliable, and cost-effective operations in all facilities
- Support the organization's transition to a cluster-based IFM operating model
- Integrate hard and soft services within the facilities
- Evaluate vendor performance and manage relationships with vendors
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in integrated facilities management or related field
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Experience in managing multiple eldercare facilities
- Able to integrate hard and soft services within the facilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
