The Opportunity

Belmont University is currently seeking a dedicated Assistant/Associate/Full Professor to join our dynamic faculty in the Department of Management. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and delivery of innovative Supply Chain Management programs.

What You'll Do

  • Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Supply Chain Management, including but not limited to supply chain strategy, operations management, and logistics.

  • Conduct research and publish scholarly work in the field of Supply Chain Management.
  • Mentor and advise students on academic and professional development.
  • Promote a collaborative learning environment that fosters critical thinking, problem-solving, and ethical decision-making.

Qualifications

  • A PhD in Supply Chain Management or a related field is required. ABD candidates will be considered with expected completion of the degree within one year.
  • Demonstrated experience in teaching Supply Chain Management at the collegiate level.
  • Prior research and publication record in Supply Chain Management is preferred.
  • Strong commitment to student success, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
