About This Position

The University of California - Davis is seeking two highly skilled Dermatology Assistants/Associates for full-time positions in the Health Sciences Compensation Plan (HSCP). The salary range for this position is $325,000-$500,000. Applications are being accepted starting September 1, 2025, with an initial review date of May 1, 2026.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care in a dermatology setting, including but not limited to clinical assessments and treatment planning.
• Maintain detailed medical records and ensure accurate documentation for each patient encounter.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
• Conduct research activities as assigned by department leadership.

Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of dermatology and its clinical applications.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
