The Medical Assistant/Scribe-FT-Dermatology opportunity at Reverehealth is a full-time, on-site position in Lehi, Utah. Team members in this Medical Assistant/Scribe-FT-Dermatology capacity help keep dermatology clinics running smoothly by blending hands-on clinical assistance with accurate scribing so providers can focus fully on patient care and decision-making.

Core Duties

• Greet arriving patients, obtain histories, record vital signs, and ready exam rooms for dermatology visits
• Serve as real-time scribe during appointments, capturing provider observations, assessments, and plans accurately in the electronic health record
• Assist with routine dermatologic procedures such as biopsies, cryotherapy, and lesion care while maintaining sterile technique
• Prepare and process specimens, restock supplies, and ensure instruments and equipment remain ready for use
• Educate patients on basic after-visit instructions, coordinate follow-up scheduling, and support referral processes as directed
• Contribute to efficient daily flow by answering multi-line calls, updating charts, and collaborating with the care team in the Lehi, Utah clinic

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience working as a medical assistant, clinical scribe, or similar dual-role position
• Familiarity with medical terminology and electronic charting systems commonly used in specialty practices
• Strong attention to detail, clear verbal and written communication, and the ability to multitask under time pressure
• Comfort interacting compassionately with patients of all ages while protecting privacy and confidentiality
• Reliable and flexible schedule the supports full-time hours at the Reverehealth location in Lehi, Utah
• Genuine interest in dermatology workflows and willingness to learn procedure-room standards and clinic protocols
