Principal, Supply Chain Management and Resilience

Noblis seeks an experienced Principal, Supply Chain Management and Resilience to drive transformational supply chain initiatives for the Department of War and federal partners from our Edgewood, Richland County location. As a senior subject matter expert, you'll lead strategic research, design resilient supply chain architectures, and shape policy that strengthens American defense logistics and operational readiness.

About the Role

This full-time position supports critical upcoming work in federal supply chain transformation and resilience. You will serve as a trusted strategic advisor on complex supply chain challenges, bridging enterprise-wide initiatives across agencies and defense sectors. The role is contingent upon task award and funding.

What You'll Do

• Lead research and analysis on supply chain vulnerabilities, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies for federal and defense operations
• Develop and recommend supply chain resilience frameworks, policies, and operational improvements
• Advise senior leadership and stakeholders on supply chain transformation roadmaps and strategic initiatives
• Conduct in-depth assessments of supplier networks, manufacturing capacity, and logistics infrastructure
• Identify and analyze emerging threats to supply chain continuity and propose defense mechanisms
• Collaborate with Department of War and other federal agencies to align supply chain objectives with national security priorities
• Present findings and recommendations to government decision-makers and oversee implementation of approved strategies

What We're Looking For

• Proven expertise in supply chain management, logistics, procurement, or operations at a senior level
• Deep understanding of federal contracting, defense logistics, or government supply chains
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder research and strategic initiatives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
• Experience in supply chain resilience, risk assessment, or business continuity planning
• Excellent communication skills for technical and executive audiences
• Secret security clearance or eligibility to obtain one
