About the Role
As a Business Banking Relationship Manager, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of business clients, delivering tailored financial solutions and building long-term partnerships. You'll combine relationship-building expertise with financial acumen to support the growth and success of your client base.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with business clients, understanding their unique needs and financial goals
- Identify opportunities to expand banking services including lending, treasury management, and investment solutions
- Conduct financial analysis and business reviews to guide clients toward optimal banking strategies
- Manage credit portfolios, including underwriting and ongoing loan administration
- Lead business development initiatives to acquire new clients and grow market share in the Columbia market
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver comprehensive banking solutions
- Maintain detailed client documentation and activity records in compliance with company standards
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in business banking, commercial lending, or relationship management
- Strong sales and business development skills with a track record of success
- Ability to analyze financial statements and assess credit risk
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with banking systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in finance or business
