Air Force A10, Arms Control & CWMD Analyst with Security Clearance

Noblis seeks an Air Force A10, Arms Control & CWMD Analyst with an active security clearance for a full-time, on-site position in Dayton, Montgomery County, Ohio. This critical defense role supports the U.S. Air Force's counterproliferation mission at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base and designated commands across the U.S. and overseas.

About the Role

You'll serve as a dedicated analyst supporting the Air Force's A10 directorate (Counterproliferation) and multiple major commands (MAJCOMs) in arms control and chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CWMD) threat assessment. Operating from Wright-Patterson AFB in Ohio, you'll deliver specialized intelligence and analytical support to protect Air Force readiness and national security from emerging and existing proliferation threats. This position is contingent on contract award and requires immediate availability for on-site work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct arms control and CWMD threat analysis across designated Air Force major commands and related federal agencies
• Provide on-site analytical support and strategic assessments at Wright-Patterson AFB and other CONUS and OCONUS locations as tasked
• Monitor and evaluate proliferation trends and threat indicators impacting Air Force operations
• Prepare analytical reports and briefings for Air Force leadership and intelligence stakeholders
• Coordinate with intelligence and policy teams to align analytical findings with Air Force A10 priorities

Who We're Looking For

• Current, active security clearance (Top Secret/SCI preferred or equivalent)
• Expertise in arms control policy, CWMD threats, or related defense intelligence analysis
• Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate findings clearly to senior leaders
• Familiarity with Air Force operations, structure, or intelligence communities a plus
• U.S. citizenship required for federal contracting and clearance eligibility
• Full-time availability for on-site work at Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton, Ohio
