Programme Manager - Mount Roskill | sKids | Auckland, New Zealand
The Opportunity
sKids is seeking a Programme Manager to bring joy and structure to our children's mornings and afternoons. As the friendly face of our programme, you will be responsible for creating unforgettable experiences that make every day special for our young learners.
- Minimum 15 hours per week, rostered across Monday to Friday
- Morning shifts run between 7am - 8.30am
- Afternoon shifts run between 2.30pm - 6.00pm; essential availability from 2.30pm is required
Core Duties
Your role will involve:
- Making mornings and afternoons unforgettable for children through engaging activities
- Ensuring a smooth transition between morning and afternoon shifts
- Supporting the overall programme management and coordination of daily operations
Requirements
- A passion for working with children aged 5-12 years old
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to work flexibly within a team environment
- A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role or relevant field is desirable but not essential
