Role Overview

Responsibilities
- Led cross-functional project teams to deliver strategic initiatives aimed at strengthening D&G’s financial crime compliance framework.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for multiple concurrent projects.
- Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders including senior management, legal, risk, and compliance teams.
- Evaluate and implement best practices in financial crime prevention to ensure regulatory adherence across international operations.
- Manage risks and issues proactively by identifying potential roadblocks early on and devising mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management, preferably within the financial services sector or a similar regulated environment.
- Demonstrable knowledge of anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and sanctions compliance.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale projects from inception through completion with minimal oversight.
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization, including senior leadership.
- PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable but not mandatory.
