About the Role
As a Professional Services Consultant, you'll be at the center of high-impact client engagements, translating complex requirements into actionable analytics solutions. This Dallas-based position combines technical problem-solving with client relationship management, allowing you to influence how leading financial services organizations make data-driven decisions.
What You'll Do
- Partner with client pricing teams and executive leadership to understand business objectives and translate them into technical requirements
- Design and deliver analytics implementations that drive strategic business decisions across global insurance and banking clients
- Collaborate with software engineering and product teams to ensure solutions integrate seamlessly with existing systems
- Guide clients through best practices in data modeling and analytics strategy
- Document project specifications, deliver training, and support client success throughout implementation phases
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the engagement lifecycle
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience implementing analytics solutions or leading consulting projects in financial services or insurance
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities when working with C-level and technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
- Background in pricing, risk modeling, or related quantitative disciplines preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
