About the Role

As a Professional with our Project Delivery Services division, you'll play an integral role in ensuring successful project execution across our real estate advisory and transaction services. Working from our Charlotte office, you'll collaborate with experienced teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients while maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism.

What You'll Do

• Support project coordination and execution across assigned client engagements
• Assist in managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure project milestones are met
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain alignment on project objectives
• Gather, organize, and analyze project data to support decision-making and reporting
• Contribute to the development and refinement of project processes and best practices
• Prepare documentation, presentations, and reports that reflect project progress and findings
• Support client relationship management and help identify opportunities to deliver added value

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in project management, real estate, business administration, or related field
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Clear written and verbal communication abilities with diverse audiences
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn new tools and systems
• Detail-oriented approach with commitment to accuracy and quality
• Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
• Willingness to grow professionally and take on increasing responsibility
