About the Role
As a full-time Construction Projects Coordinator based in Idaho City, Boise County, you will be the operational backbone of JLL's construction and project delivery efforts. This on-site position keeps schedules, stakeholders, and documentation aligned so that every build progresses smoothly, on time, and to the high standards JLL's clients expect. It's a hands-on opportunity to grow a meaningful career while supporting projects that shape the future of the built environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the day-to-day activities of construction and renovation projects from planning through completion.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, flagging risks before they become roadblocks.
- Serve as a central point of contact between clients, contractors, vendors, and internal JLL teams.
- Maintain accurate project records, contracts, permits, and reporting documentation.
- Support budget monitoring, purchase orders, and invoice processing for active projects.
- Help ensure work is delivered safely and in line with quality and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience in construction coordination, project administration, or commercial real estate is highly valued.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Clear written and verbal communication for working across diverse project stakeholders.
- Comfort with scheduling, documentation, and project management tools.
- Willingness to work on-site in Idaho City, Boise County, as this role is not remote.
