The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Manager to join our team at Blue Man Group in Las Vegas. As the Production Manager, you will oversee all aspects of production for our live entertainment shows, ensuring that each performance meets the highest standards of quality and safety.

• Coordinate with technical directors, designers, and performers to ensure smooth show execution
• Manage production schedules, budgets, and resources effectively
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for all productions
• Oversee set design, lighting, sound, and special effects coordination
• Work closely with the creative team to implement innovative ideas while maintaining consistency in show quality

What You'll Do

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing production plans for all shows
• Maintaining a detailed inventory of equipment and supplies
• Managing the production crew and ensuring their training is up to date
• Handling logistics, including transportation and setup of equipment
• Coordinating with venue management to ensure smooth operations

What You Bring

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Production Manager or similar position
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of production management software and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working in the entertainment industry, preferably with live shows
