The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Stage Manager to join our team for the production of 'Auana' in Honolulu, Hawaii. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for live entertainment.
- Coordinate all aspects of stage management including rehearsal scheduling, technical run-throughs, and performance logistics
- Ensure the smooth operation of the production by managing crew, artists, and staff
- Oversee the execution of the show's technical elements such as lighting, sound, and scenery
- Collaborate with directors, producers, and other key personnel to ensure artistic vision is met
- Handle emergency situations during performances and rehearsals
Key Responsibilities
The General Stage Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the production. This includes but is not limited to:
- Pre-production planning and coordination with creative teams
- Daily supervision during rehearsals and performances
