About the Role
The Head Coach at Michael Jackson ONE is a pivotal role within our production team. Reporting directly to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the performance of dancers and performers, ensuring they meet the high standards required by Cirquedusoleil. This position requires a deep understanding of dance techniques, choreography, and the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse group of artists.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily rehearsals and performances to ensure consistency in quality and adherence to Michael Jackson ONE's artistic vision.
- Develop and implement training programs for dancers and performers to improve their skills and performance levels.
- Collaborate with the choreographers and production team to refine and enhance routines, ensuring they align with the show's overall narrative and visual aesthetics.
- Maintain a positive and supportive environment that fosters creativity and innovation among the cast members.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to help performers grow and excel in their roles.
What You Bring
