Jaguar Land Rover of Naperville seeks a Product Specialist to join our team in Naperville, DuPage County. As Product Specialist, you'll be instrumental in helping customers discover their ideal vehicle by combining deep product expertise with a commitment to exceptional service.

About the Role

In this full-time position, you'll serve as a trusted resource for customers exploring Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles. Your role bridges product knowledge and customer needs, ensuring every interaction builds confidence in our brand and vehicles. You'll work on-site in our Naperville dealership, collaborating with sales and service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of current Jaguar and Land Rover model lineups, specifications, performance features, technology, and ownership benefits
• Guide customers through vehicle options, helping them identify models that match their lifestyle, budget, and preferences
• Provide detailed product comparisons and explanations of advanced features, safety systems, and sustainability initiatives
• Support sales consultants by answering technical questions and building customer confidence in vehicle capabilities
• Stay current with product updates, new releases, and manufacturer announcements to ensure accurate customer information
• Contribute to a welcoming dealership environment that reflects the premium quality of our brand

What We're Looking For

• Strong knowledge of luxury and performance vehicles, or demonstrated ability to quickly master product specifications
• Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex features in accessible language
• Customer-focused mindset with genuine interest in helping people make informed vehicle decisions
• Attention to detail and accuracy when discussing vehicle specifications and pricing
• Ability to work collaboratively within a dealership environment and support team goals
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant automotive, sales, or customer service experience is a plus
