• Demonstrated success applying data science to consumer-facing shopping or recommendation problems
• Strong leadership presence that includes coaching others and influencing without direct authority
• Exceptional written and verbal skills for conveying technical concepts to varied audiences
• Advanced quantitative degree or equivalent practical expertise gained through impactful work
