About the Role

You'll deliver hands-on rehabilitation services as a Physical Therapist Assistant with our clinical team. This position combines direct patient treatment, documentation responsibilities, and collaborative support with supervising therapists and our technician staff.

What You'll Do

• Administer therapeutic treatments and exercises under Physical Therapist supervision
• Complete daily clinical documentation, patient billing records, and progress notes with accuracy
• Design and modify home exercise programs in response to patient progress and clinical input
• Assign and oversee appropriate patient care tasks delegated to technician staff
• Maintain active state licensure through required continuing education
• Support a safe, professional clinic environment for patients and team members

What We're Looking For

• Current Physical Therapist Assistant licensure in your state
• Demonstrated experience providing direct patient care in a clinical environment
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with supervising therapists and support staff
• Commitment to professional development and continuing education
