Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Inspect residential and commercial sites for signs of pests, entry points, and conditions that support activity
• Identify pest types and select treatments or preventive steps that match current conditions and guidelines
• Apply materials and place monitoring devices carefully while protecting people, pets, and property
• Maintain vehicles, tools, and product inventories so equipment stays ready and compliant
• Record service findings, actions taken, and customer notes for accurate follow-up
• Explain observations and recommended next steps to customers in plain language
• Adhere to safety rules, label directions, and applicable regulations throughout each call
• Complete a scheduled daily route of service appointments across the Denver metro area

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving history suitable for route-based work
• Ability to work outdoors in varying Colorado weather and complete physical tasks such as lifting equipment, climbing ladders, and accessing crawl spaces or attics
• Strong attention to detail for accurate identification and thorough coverage of treatment areas
• Clear verbal and written communication skills for customer conversations and service reports
• Self-motivation to manage an independent daily schedule while staying accountable to quality standards
• Willingness to learn product usage, safety procedures, and any applicator training needed for the role
• Dependable professionalism when working alone at customer locations on behalf of Ecolab
