About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential global beauty and e-commerce organization with operations across more than 40 countries. We're seeking a Fullstack Developer (React/Node) at the Analyst III level to join their Pricing and E-commerce technology team in Brazil. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using ReactJS and Node, collaborating on architectural patterns and reusable components
• Define and implement strategies for complex features across the full technology stack
• Work end-to-end across all application layers, from web front-end through backend infrastructure
• Provide technical leadership by influencing technical decisions and mentoring other developers on complex solutions
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems efficiently and sustainably
• Take ownership of deliverables from conception through production monitoring
• Maintain high-quality technical documentation and share knowledge across multidisciplinary teams
• Identify improvements proactively and act preventatively on technical issues

What We're Looking For

Required Technical Experience:

• 3+ years advanced experience with ReactJS in high-complexity production projects
• Mastery of advanced state management (Redux, Zustand, Context API)
• Deep expertise in modular architectures, Server-Side Rendering/Static Generation, and web performance optimization
• 2+ years solid experience developing REST/GraphQL APIs with Node frameworks (Express, Fastify, or NestJS)
• Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB), including modeling, query optimization, and migrations
• Strong knowledge of Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, microservices, and fullstack automated testing (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright)
• Hands-on practice with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS or GCP)
• Advanced knowledge of automated testing (unit and component) and resilient architectures
