Wir suchen im Auftrag unseres Mandanten, einer etablierten Unternehmensgruppe im Raum Nürnberg, eine zuverlässige persönliche Assistenz der Geschäftsführung mit Schwerpunkt Steuern und Finanzen. In dieser Position unterstützen Sie die Geschäftsleitung bei steuerlichen Angelegenheiten des Unternehmens und der Eigentümerfamilie.
Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben gehören:
- Vorbereitung und Zusammenstellung von Unterlagen für Steuerberater, Wirtschaftsprüfer und Behörden
- Überwachung und Koordination von Steuerterminen, Fristen und Meldungen
- Pflege und Strukturierung steuerrelevanter Dokumente
- Zahlungsverkehr, Liquiditätsüberwachung und Bankbuchungen
- Immobilienverwaltung einschließlich Anzeigenschaltung, Mieterkorrespondenz und Nebenkostenabrechnungen
- Allgemeine Assistenzaufgaben wie Korrespondenz, Ablage und Terminorganisation
- Vertrauliche Bearbeitung sensibler Informationen
- Umsetzung kleinerer Digitalisierungsprojekte
