Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential manufacturing organization in Eilsleben, Sachsen-Anhalt, for a Customer Service Coordinator position. In this role, you will manage the complete service order lifecycle from initial customer inquiry through to billing and commissioning.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Managing service orders end-to-end, including customer requests, scheduling, execution, and final billing
• Planning and scheduling assignments for field service technicians
• Coordinating both planned maintenance visits and unplanned repair or emergency service calls
• Scheduling customer appointments and regionally clustering service visits for efficiency
• Optimizing travel routes and ensuring high technician utilization rates
• Building long-term maintenance schedules and establishing structured customer service processes

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks a candidate with:

• Proven experience in service dispatch, scheduling, or technical customer service in roles such as Service Coordinator, Customer Service Dispatcher, Assignment Planner, or Service Dispatcher
• Excellent German and English language skills
• Strong customer orientation and organizational abilities with confident prioritization skills
• Advanced PC and MS Office proficiency
• Ideally, experience with workflow management software and technical background knowledge

This is a permanent, direct-hire position with the client. Remote work options are available after the probationary period. A performance-based bonus structure is offered, and full product training will be provided during onboarding.
