Responsibilities
- Build a personalized financial services practice with Allstate's support
- Partner with Allstate Agency owners to drive new business opportunities in your community
- Access a variety of product offerings and continued education for success
- Share space with an Allstate agency owner and obtain leads from them
- Utilize unlimited earning potential tied to the growth of your business
- Meet with customers face-to-face and enhance team relationships through licensed professionals
What You Bring
- At least 2 years of life insurance or financial services customer-facing sales experience
- State Life/Health Insurance Licenses
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63 (if applicable) licenses
- A blend of protection and asset accumulation sales approach
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
