Patient Accounts Rep – PFS Physician

Kettering Health Network is hiring a Patient Accounts Representative to support our billing operations in Miamisburg, Montgomery County. This part-time position offers an essential role in our physician financial services team, where you'll help maintain accuracy and efficiency in patient billing processes.

The Opportunity

As a Patient Accounts Representative working the first shift, you'll contribute directly to Kettering Health Network's mission of streamlined healthcare billing. What You'll Do

• Perform daily billing functions and maintain claim documentation
• Review incoming insurance claims for accuracy and completeness
• Work through claim edits and resolve billing discrepancies
• Contact patients, insurers, and other parties to gather information on unpaid or outstanding claims
• Identify billing issues and recommend solutions to accelerate claim processing
• Support the Patient Accounts Manager and supervisor with administrative and data-entry tasks
