This entry-level position welcomes recent college graduates into a comprehensive program designed to build foundational expertise in construction management, field operations, and the core competencies that drive successful project delivery across our US operations.
About the Role
As a New Graduate in Construction Operations, you'll work closely with our preconstruction, project management, scheduling, virtual design and construction (VDC), safety, and jobsite teams. You'll participate in meaningful project work alongside experienced professionals, gaining practical exposure to how complex construction projects are planned, executed, and delivered—while supporting subcontractors and owners' representatives throughout the process.
What You'll Do
- Support preconstruction planning, estimating, and project setup activities
- Assist project management teams in coordinating teams, tracking schedules, and managing project performance metrics
- Participate in virtual design and construction initiatives to optimize planning and enhance safety
- Contribute to jobsite operations, quality oversight, and safety program implementation
- Work collaboratively with subcontractors and owners' representatives during project execution
- Learn and apply Brasfield & Gorrie's construction processes and industry best practices
What We're Looking For
- Recent college graduate (expected May–August 2026) or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in technical and operational work
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced construction environment
- Clear communication skills and a team-oriented approach
