About the Role
Our Student Program (Co-op / Intern) for the Spring 2026 recruiting season immerses motivated students in the everyday realities of working alongside a genuine general contractor. As a Brasfield & Gorrie co-op or intern based in the US, you will discover how construction projects come together from the ground up while gaining the practical skills, mentorship, and industry insight needed to thrive in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the daily operations and routines of an active construction project under experienced supervision.
- Shadow and support project teams to understand the responsibilities of a true general contractor.
- Apply academic coursework to practical, on-the-job construction tasks.
- Develop professional skills through structured training, coaching, and guided learning.
- Contribute to the success of project teams while preparing for a potential full-time future with the company.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled students pursuing studies relevant to the construction industry.
- Genuine interest in internships and cooperative education within the construction field.
- Eagerness to learn the day-to-day work of a general contractor.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a collaborative, team-focused mindset.
- Availability for a full-time co-op or internship during the Spring 2026 recruiting season in the US.
