Partnership Manager (m/w/d) – Healthcare (Krankenkassen)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a leading digital health and wellness platform in the German-speaking market. Our client is part of a health-focused group offering multiple wellness solutions, and they are expanding their healthcare partnerships team in Berlin.

As Partnership Manager, you will drive growth in the healthcare sector by developing strategic relationships with statutory and private health insurance providers (GKV/PKV). You'll work across the full portfolio to create tailored solutions and translate market needs into product development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new partnership opportunities within the German statutory (GKV) and private (PKV) health insurance markets
• Build and leverage a professional network among healthcare decision-makers and stakeholders
• Manage existing partnerships strategically and operationally, continuously advancing collaboration
• Develop cross-brand solutions leveraging the full portfolio of digital wellness products
• Monitor healthcare market trends and regulatory changes to identify new business opportunities
• Translate partner requirements and market demands into actionable product development input, working closely with product and marketing teams
• Contribute insights from partners and market developments to shape product strategy

What We're Looking For

• Several years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or key account management within the healthcare sector, ideally with GKV and/or PKV exposure
• Proven track record of winning and developing strategic partnerships and building sustainable client relationships
• Existing network in the GKV/PKV environment is a strong advantage; alternatively, demonstrated success building relevant networks from scratch
• Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks, market mechanisms, and decision-making processes in the German healthcare system
• Experience identifying market and customer needs and translating them into product and business opportunities
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Business-fluent German required for working with German healthcare partners
• Very good English skills for internal communication within the organization

Location: Berlin with hybrid working model (approximately 60% office, 40% remote)
