About the Role
We're seeking an Outreach Marketing Consultant to develop targeted marketing campaigns that drive awareness and prospecting activity for our West Lafayette property. This part-time position works directly with the onsite leasing team, creating marketing programs and initiatives designed to fill the property's pipeline with qualified prospects and support our occupancy targets.
What You'll Do
- Design and execute outreach marketing campaigns that drive qualified prospect traffic to the property
- Create compelling marketing programs and promotional initiatives across digital and community channels
- Develop targeted messaging that connects community awareness with leasing conversions
- Collaborate with the leasing team to refine messaging, track campaign performance, and optimize lead generation

- Support the property's leasing operations by maintaining momentum around marketing efforts
