Property Manager

PeakMade Real Estate is hiring a full-time Property Manager in Atlanta, Fulton County, to lead operations and drive profitability for a multifamily community. In this onsite role, you'll oversee teams, maximize occupancy and income, and create an exceptional living experience for residents.

About the Role

As Property Manager for PeakMade Real Estate, you'll be responsible for the comprehensive operations of a multifamily property in Atlanta. This is an onsite leadership position where you'll function as the primary decision-maker, balancing resident satisfaction with business performance to achieve strong profitability and growth.

What You'll Do

• Direct daily property operations and lead teams to maximize occupancy, rental revenue, and net operating income
• Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to maintain high service standards and resident satisfaction
• Oversee lease management, resident relations, and renewal strategies to sustain strong occupancy rates
• Manage property budgets and control operating expenses while identifying efficiency opportunities
• Ensure property maintenance standards, coordinate repairs, and maintain regulatory compliance
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments to uphold living standards and resident experience

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience managing multifamily properties or comparable residential assets
• Strong leadership abilities and track record of developing high-performing teams
• Solid grasp of property operations, P&L management, and income optimization
• Superior communication and resident relations skills
• Self-directed work style with commitment to company standards and accountability
• Competency with property management software and analytics
