About the Role
As a Full-Time Hospital Service Technician based in Druid, Baltimore, you will travel between customer healthcare sites to proactively collect and exchange waste containers on a regular service schedule. Working under management direction, you will support a range of programs formerly run under Stericycle — now part of WM — including Sharps Management Service and related regulated waste solutions, ensuring each facility stays serviced, safe, and compliant.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned hospital and healthcare customer locations across the Druid, Baltimore area on a planned route.
- Carry out on-site collection and exchange of regulated waste containers, including sharps disposal units.
- Support WM service programs such as Sharps Management Service through consistent, proactive container handling.
- Follow established safety, handling, and compliance procedures for medical and regulated waste.
- Deliver reliable, professional customer service during every facility visit.

- Ability to work full-time, traveling between multiple customer healthcare facilities.
