Project Manager (General)

Osmose Utilities Services is seeking a full-time Project Manager (General) to lead utility service projects in Douglas, Juneau. In this role, you'll oversee complex initiatives from conception through delivery, ensuring each project meets our standards for quality, timeline adherence, and financial responsibility.

About the Role

As Project Manager (General) for Osmose Utilities Services, you'll manage the full lifecycle of utility service projects. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams, establish clear timelines and budgets, and guide projects to successful completion while maintaining alignment with business goals.

What You'll Do

• Plan and develop project budgets, scope statements, and timelines for utility service initiatives
• Direct and coordinate project teams to execute work according to established schedules and quality standards
• Participate in conceptual planning and help shape project strategy during early development phases
• Organize project resources, assign responsibilities, and manage workflow across all project phases
• Monitor progress against milestones and make real-time adjustments to keep projects on track
• Track project performance metrics and report status updates to leadership and stakeholders
• Document project activities, capture lessons learned, and apply insights to future initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on project management experience with proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget
• Strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate teams across departments and functions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
