About the Role

The Aquatic Club Administrative Assistant provides essential operational support to our competitive aquatic program. This part-time position is perfect for someone seeking flexible work while making a direct impact on student-athletes and their families. You'll be the organizational backbone of our aquatic club, working closely with coaches, families, and school administration.

What You'll Do

• Manage member registration, enrollment records, and participation tracking for the aquatic program
• Create and maintain practice schedules, meet calendars, and event timelines, distributing updates to team members and families
• Process administrative documents including waivers, medical forms, permission slips, and registration paperwork
• Coordinate with the Aquatic Director on scheduling, communications, and day-to-day program logistics
• Respond to email and phone inquiries from prospective members, current families, and staff
• Maintain organized filing systems, databases, and records to ensure program compliance and efficiency
• Support meets, competitions, and team events with coordination and administrative assistance

What We're Looking For

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency with office software including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar platforms
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Prior experience in an administrative, customer service, or educational support environment
