About the Role
We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Packaging General Helper to support our production line operations. As a general helper in our packaging department, you'll play a key role in maintaining the flow of finished products through our facility. This is a full-time role reporting directly to the Packaging Supervisor or Line Lead, offering hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do
- Assist packaging operators, line leads, and production supervisors throughout the shift
- Maintain smooth product flow through slicers and packaging stations
- Visually inspect trays and boxes to ensure they are clean and free from debris before use
- Pack finished products into designated containers following product-specific specifications
- Rotate to different stations and areas as requested to support overall production needs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to support food safety and production efficiency
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions from supervisors and line leads
- Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout your shift
- Willingness to rotate between different packaging tasks and areas as needed
- Reliable attendance and commitment to full-time work
- Basic ability to read product labels and understand packaging specifications
