Housekeeper – Quality Inn, San Jose

Lotus Management is hiring a full-time Housekeeper for our Quality Inn property located in San Jose, Santa Clara County. Join our hospitality team and play a vital role in maintaining the clean, welcoming guest rooms that define our property's reputation.

About the Role

As Housekeeper at our San Jose Quality Inn location, you'll ensure every guest room meets our rigorous cleanliness and comfort standards. This full-time position is essential to guest satisfaction—your meticulous work directly reflects our commitment to hospitality excellence.

What You'll Do

• Change bed linens daily and arrange rooms according to established standards
• Vacuum carpeted areas and maintain spotless hard flooring in all assigned guest rooms
• Dust, wipe, and polish all furniture and fixtures, including bed frames, dressers, nightstands, lamps, televisions, and decorative items
• Clean mirrors, windows, and shiny surfaces until streak-free, removing fingerprints and smudges thoroughly
• Complete deep cleaning tasks and special projects as directed by management
• Assist the Head Housekeeper and Facilities Manager with additional duties as needed
• Maintain consistent quality standards and follow all property protocols

What We're Looking For

• Prior housekeeping or guest room cleaning experience
• Strong eye for detail and genuine commitment to cleanliness
• Physical capability to perform cleaning work, bend, reach, and move throughout the property
• Reliable, professional attitude and team-oriented approach
• Ability to follow instructions and manage shifting priorities
